[dev] Ansel watermarking with ImageMagick

Hi all,

I noticed that when using ImageMagick, watermarking is not available as one of
the listed image editing capabilities.

I have looked at the man page of the convert program and found this:

convert -font helvetica -fill blue -draw "text 100,100 Cockatoo" bird.jpg

This adds the text "Cockatoo" to the image bird.jpg at position 100,100 using
a blue Helvetica font.

Can this be used as a replacement for watermarking?
