That's an interestingly broad statement. I'd say that it's false more often than
it's true. Are there things we can improve? Heck yes. Are you volunteering?

Smarty? No. Horde_Template? Yes, we're using it where it makes sense, and moving
more things to it.

To some extent that's what our RPC interface is for, too. And there's MIMP. Etc.
