Thanks Chuck. Here's a patch against the version of Kolab.php that you put in 
CVS that implements the changes I made yesterday as per Jan's suggestions 
(Net_HTTP_Client -> HTTP_Request/WebDAV_Client, and iconv -> 
String::/Mime::).
