I've been trying to send a patch that incorporates these changes into the new
conf.xml file, but my messages keep getting rejected with "Message content
rejected". I've tried sending the diff file as an attatchment (attachment as
plain text and inline) and I've tried to copy and paste the file contents, but
no luck.

Any ideas how I could submit the patch?
