[dev] Net_Sieve Update

Please Excuseme for not applying patches for a long time.

A person closer to me died and I was away the computer for a long time.
This week I start reading all the emails that I did'nt read about NEt_imap and
net_sieve and now I have a lot of work to do.


I applyed patch #591 and:
 * added a debug method to send client-server dialog to stdout )
 * a new auth infrastructure (soon supporting CRAM-MD5 and DIGEST-MD5)
 * a test file to use as an example.
 * disconnect method



Please excuse for the time and now I want to do my best.
