[dev] tabs and session

If I want to change the configuration (last CVS version) of Horde (for 
example). The form has tabs.
But with Internet Explorer 6, cookies are refused (we need a P3P policy, 
anyway). The session is stoped if I click on a tab (I think the link is not 
correct, the session is not appended to the URL). I didn't have a time to 
track the line and to send a patch, sorry
