[dev] Turba :: Prefs for Pager display

Patch for Turba :

- Move the hardcoded value for "Max pages" and "Items per page" to preference. 
- Add default sort direction prefs.
- Rename "Application Options" to "Others options" to be more consistent w/ other apps.
