[dev] patch for turba/browse.php

The current HEAD version of turba/browse.php does not properly build the
$viewurl variable that is subsequently passed to the Horde_UI_Pager class.
This causes paging in Turba to break when accessing anything but the first page
of a search result.

A trivial patch to correct this is attached.
