We should be carefull with moving files *inside* a module that have been
there for so long. The reason is, if you now e.g. checkout the IMP_3_2_2
tag, you will get two Tree.php files, one in lib/ and one in lib/IMAP/.

There's no problem with moving files to a *new* module (like framework) or
moving files that don't have a tag/branch yet.
