That is incorrect.  The attachment is located within the encrypted data 
string.
The receiving MUA is responsible for decrypting the string and then 
parsing the
MIME structure stored in the encrypted string.  Therefore you won't see an
attachment until the message is decrypted and the receiving MUA can handle
encrypted attachments.
