Just MHO, but I cannot see why the folder list should highlight unsubscribed
folders when the user doesn't have the 'subscribe' preference set.  This will
certainly cause confusion amongst our users, as we have this preference
disabled by default, and very few have enabled it.

Attached is a small patch that changes the behavior such that unsubscribed
folder highlighting only occurs if the 'subscribe' preference is enabled.
