[dev] Removing frames

Is there a way to remove frames from horde and still keep the menu?  I 
am using the Blazer browser(Handspring) that supports frames, but 
because of screen size, it is completely unusable.  I tried hacking 
Browser.php (ie $this->setAttiribute("frames", false)), but I could not 
get it to remove the use of frames.  Can I set the width of the frame 
per browser?  Any ideas how I can get around this problem?
