Thanks for getting back to me. I don't really have a need to
join the mailing list as IMP "just works" for me. I just thought I would
contribute because I worked on this for a couple of hours the other day
and I thought someone might find it useful.

Join one of the horde mailing lists (if you haven't already) such as
horde or dev (see http://www.horde.org/mail/ and/or
http://lists.horde.org/) and post it there. Best is if you can post it
on the web and simply send a link to it on the mailing list. But you
can also post it as an attachment, etc.
If for some reason you can't/won't join a mailing list, then you can, I
suppose, submit to me through this address, and I'll relay it on.
