[dev] Conf.php problem?

I've been getting this error in the configuration UI for the past few days
(latest CVS, framework updated, etc.).

Parse error: parse error in /usr/lib/php/Horde/Config.php(116) : eval()'d code
on line 1

It only seems to happen if a conf.php file already exists.  It shows up while
trying to configure horde, kronolith, turba, passwd, & I'm sure others. I
haven't been able to do any further investigation, though.
