[dev] static context of MIME_Viewer::getDriver()

so why does the old Chora 1.2 just works fine under PHP 5?
well, not fine, but most of it works. The only problems I noticed are (and I
could live with some small bugs like this until the final PHP5 arrives...):

- annotate:
505 Internal Server Error
Unable to annotate; server said: 

- view a file:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getType() on a non-object in
/var/www/chora/co.php on line 62
