I'm trying very hard to wrap my brain around the Horde_Form code, but it's
pretty complicated.  If anybody can come up with a way to disable the upload
button on an image, I'd very much appreciate some help.  What I'm 
hoping for is
to be able to show the image preview, but to not allow uploading & editing for
the multi-image upload form.
