[dev] Net_IMSP and Turba_Driver_imsp patch

This patch removes the optional dependency on Horde_Framework from the 
Net_IMSP package.

Net_IMSP:
- New method setLogger() in IMSP.php and Book.php sets up an instance of 
Log object.
- A private class level buffer for holding any log entries before 
setLogger() can be called.
- In the plaintext Auth driver, logging is disabled during password 
transmission to the server for obvious reasons ;)

Turba_Driver_imsp.php
- changes to support the logging changes in Net_IMSP
