[dev] Trean :: Share, Blocks, Perms patch :)

Here is a patch for Trean that :

- Add Multiple Bookmark Collections (Groups) 
- Add Horde_Share support to allow shared and public link collections.
- Add Horde_Blocks for showing any subcategory of links or any share.

The author of this patch is my brother Daniel Vandal dvandal at infoteck.qc.ca and I have talk with him about all remaining Trean TODO items.
