[dev] Kronolith calendar renaming

Greetings,

This is a rather small patch to allow calendars to be "renamed" in the driver, 
as well as in the shares (as they currently are). I've also included a stub 
rename function in the base driver class to handle those drivers that could 
safely ignore this functionality (such as the SQL driver).

This functionality is something we need for the Kolab driver, as we store each 
calendar that the user owns as a separate IMAP folder, using the 
"descriptive" name of the calendar (as opposed to the calendars UID). This 
means that when renaming calendars we also need to go and rename the IMAP 
mailbox, in order to have the folder correspond to the calendars new 
descriptive name.
