[dev] More Kolab Webclient patches

Hello again,

Here are four small patches relating to the Kolab Webclient:

"horde_config" adds two more variables to the "kolab" section in Horde's main 
configuration, along with the corresponding conf.xml definitions.

"imp_server" adds a default Kolab Cyrus server definition that one can use 
with IMP; this depends on the new variables added in the above patch.

"ingo_backend" adds a default Kolab backend definition for Ingo, which uses 
the Sieve driver.

"passwd_backend" adds a default Kolab backend to the password module, which 
uses the LDAP driver.
