As far as I can tell (correct me if I am wrong), but it only looks like we
rebuild the file extension/glob information from this file.  I am 
talking about
taking the 'magic' information that lives in the freedesktop.org XML file and
building our magic file from that.  If you are already doing this that 
is great
:) - I just don't see anything in the scripts directory that is currently
performing this operation.
