[dev] relation "horde_datatree_seq" does not exist

Just grep'd through all the create files, and only reference I see to this
is in the sybase file commented out ...

ERROR:  relation "horde_datatree_seq" does not exist

Figuring it might be an autoincrement field for MySQL, checked there but
see none ...

A CREATE missing from the .sql files?
