Just a note about the new Prefs_imsp driver...the driver will currently 
only work if the username/password for the IMSP server is the same as the 
Horde login.  Obviously, we can't store login credentials that are needed 
to *access* the preferences *in* the user's preferences...

I don't see anyway to allow separate login credentials when using the imsp 
Prefs driver - any one have any thoughts?
