I'm using HEAD too, but it turns out this one is a bug in bincimap. When
Imp does 'FETCH 2 BODY[1]' bincimap returns nothing, rather than the
section concerned. Duly reported to the bincimap list instead. Thanks
for confirming Horde worked so I could find this.

While I'm at it, there must be a better way of debugging this stuff than
inserting 10^4 print/log statements all over the code. This has taken me
hours! Any suggestions? Is there a decent debugger I can use with
apache? I tried a couple but they don't seem to handle complex cases
like Horde.
