[dev] Horde Help System

Hey guys,

I have been poking around the cvs tree and trying to figure out how to create my
own help.xml file. I have a properly formed help.xml file at
/locale/en_US/help.xml, but nothing at all happens when i click on the help
link. i am using the code from one of the other cvs apps to create the link, i
am also importing Horde/Help.php, and the Help javascript is being printed...

Is there something that I have left out that is crucial to making this work?
