[dev] Whups problems

Hello all,

Probably not the correct list to post on, however my whups list subscription 
confirmations don't seem to be coming through.

I can't see what I'm doing wrong with regards to installing Whups. I've copied 
the dist config files over, I've generated the configuration, I've set up the 
SQL tables, I've created queues/types/subjects, I've modified the permissions 
on the objects to give all access to everyone, and yet I can't create 
tickets.

This is the process I'm currently experiencing:
- Step1: Create a new ticket; select the appropriate queue. Submit.
- Step2: Select an arbitrary client and type. Submit.

this then takes me back to Step1, without creating a ticket.

And there's nothing in my apache logs, the horde log, the MySQL log, nor the 
PHP log.

I'm at a loss at to what's wrong - is this a bug, or am I just missing 
something here? Unfortunately I can't spare the time to dig through the code 
on this one.
