[dev] docs update, wrong branch, etc.

I've just started updating the horde user guide.  I want to get a version ready
for the next Horde release (current alpha/cvs code).

I just wrongly submitted some HEAD changes to the RELENG branch.  Bummer...

I'll fix them later when I get a chance, and then continue with the changes.
So don't freak if you see HEAD stuff in the RELENG branch, I'll straighten it
out later...
