[dev] Variables class info...

I was wondering what the difference between the Horde_Util::Variables class and
the Horde_Form_Variables class... Are they interchangeable for initializing a
Horde_Form? Does the getDefaultVariables method return all of the post
parameters passed to the page, or just the ones that Horde says is a default
parameter? If not, is there a method that will return all of the parameters
passed to a script?

Tried looking in my documentation, but i'm not seeing anything, so help me out
and i'll get some doc fixes for at least one of those classes for more in-depth
explanations...
