[dev] [patch] update lucblue theme

Hi,

The sidebar-panel background doesn't take the background color of the current
theme but the background of default one. This patch force the background color
of the lucblue theme.

I personnaly prefer the border size of the panel to be 1px and not 2 (makes it
lighter) but 2 would be more consistent with the top border for the menu.

I also changed the background-color of the inProgress class to hurt less my eyes
when expanding an e-mail address or updating the sidebar.

I have also a problem in the sidebar item class: the root element 'Organizing',
'Development', 'Information', 'Office', 'My Account', 'Web Site' and
'Administration' doesn't have the box around them (seems the css style is not
applied to them) contrary to Horde, Mail .... (and the subelement of the ones
above).

I looked a bit at the page source, but Javascript is still chinese for me :).
Is it fixeable or should I remove the boxes :) ?
