[dev] Clean way to add local UI::VarRenderer::html functions

Hi,

I want to add new attributes type in Turba, and these would require 
special renderers.  Is there a clean way to add renderers functions 
locally, or my only option is to hack framework/UI/VarRenderer/html.php?

For the record, my client want fax numbers to appear as mailto: links to 
his email-to-fax gateway.  I don't think it would be interesting enough 
to submit for inclusion in Horde.
