[dev] [patch] Update of accounts and passwd module

I know I should wait patiently,

but since a week has passed since I posted these to the sork list and the dev
list is the better list to post these patches.  Here they are again.

These patches do the following:
*) Restructuring in the accounts module
*) Improving error reporting in the accounts module

When using the LDAP driver:
*) Warning shadowWarn days before an account is expiring
*) Print the date on which the password was last changed

And for the LDAP driver for password
*) Honor the shadowMin attribute (which prevents the password from changing
again within the shadowMin period

Does anyone have any interest in these?
