Yep, this also does the trick.

I just saw the URL I'm using:
http://localhost/horde/index.php?Horde=c5cbf89e3c0930657a522ce7c343f04b&frameset=0

there is another encoded character in the URL string. Probably the same 
problem
as this or the Gollem problem. If no-one beats be to it, I'll take a 
look at it
in the afternoon (after work)
