I'm back up...WOOHOO!!

I upgraded to php 4.3.8, updated my horde install, and configured php with the
switch that Jan recommended in the INSTALL doc (--with-mbstring=all). Not only
am I back up and running, my sidebar is updating again (which is why I updated
my install to begin with)!
