Well, we can either add a test to Browser.php that looks for WindowsCE in
browser strings (and/or recognizes it as a platform), or you could try having
him use IMP instead - looks like that's pretty much IE. Dunno what it'd 
be like
screen-size wise, though.

I don't want to globally treat WinCE browsers as mobile if people don't agree,
though - thoughts?
