[dev] Auth: login does not work

Hi,

I want to use the login auth driver, but it does not work. After isolating
the relevant piece of code from /usr/local/lib/php/Horde/Auth/login.php it
turned out that su always says:

su: must be run from a terminal

when trying to start it as a non-root user. Anything I can do about this? I
tried patching the code to use login and ssh, but neither works.

PS: Forget my previous PHP 5 mails, I switched now to PHP 4 and it seems to
work fine so far.
