[dev] [patch] horde/templates/javascript/tree.js

I haven't looked at the patch, but I have been missing this functionality from
the new tree-style menu.  If it looks clean, I'm all for it.

P.S.  I haven't forgotten about you guys.  The new job is just keeping me busy
busy busy.  We're almost caught up, so hopefully I'll be able to contribute
more soon.
