Thanks for the patch - I've committed it to CVS. Just a note though; I'm 
currently busy updating all the Kolab drivers to use the new Kolab2 format, 
so the drivers may break if you are constantly updating from CVS. I'll be 
announcing completion of this work probably next week some time; after that 
they should be stable once more.
