Any thoughts on setting up some general application chapters in
horde/docs/INSTALL and moving some application docs there, eg. "Configuring
ABC" is going to be the same for almost all apps: copy *dist to *php and go
into the horde's config screen with the browser. Also, "Securing ABC" is
identical for all apps.
Rather than repeat ad nauseum in all app's docs, with the obvious problem of
some apps running out of date with new developments, we could reference a
single place.
