[dev] Horde is adding heading "-dist" to generated URI

Hello,

Horde is adding a heading "-dist" to every URI before the first "/":

example:
- <link href="-dist/horde/imp/mailbox.php?mailbox=INBOX" rel="Top" />
- <form name="imp_login"
action="http://mydomaine.com-dist/horde/imp/redirect.php"
method="post">

Facts:
- Horde distro is located at /usr/local/www/data which is a symlink of
 /usr/local/www/data-dist
- I noticed the string "-dist" isn't available at
/horde/test.php?mode=phpinfo&url=%2Fhorde%2Ftest.php
