'k, what should I look at next? I've tried Mozilla, Firefox, konqueror
and downloaded/tested Opera ... all same results ... code looks good, but
no menus show up :(

I'm running off of a local cvsroot, pulled down nightly via:

/usr/local/bin/rsync -avzCH --delete rsync.horde.org::horde-cvs /usr/local/cvsroot/horde

and I've done an update of framework and install, so that that is all up
to date ...

Even went into Administration -> Configuration and rewrote the conf.php
file so that I was sure I'm not missing any new configuration directives
...

Everything that I know (and can think) to look at *seems* okay ...

I've just tried it also on IE/Windows ... funny thing there is that when I
go to the URL, on the login screen, on the far left, I see two links
(Options and Log In) ... something I saw under Opera also, but not under
the other three browsers ...

When I login on any of the browsers, the far left shows a white
'horizontal bar' at the top of the left menu area, but that is it ...
