[dev] [patch] Freebusy addressbook selection in Kronolith

Some time ago the contacts/sources api call was removed from the kronolith
preferences. This resulted in the fact that addressbooks could not be selected,
which meant that free/busy didn't work any more.

Attached are patch for kronolith prefs, patch for  kronolith/lib/prefs.php and
kronolith/templates/prefs/search_abook.inc to make it work again.
