[dev] [patch] Jonah only shows one article on the index page

On the jonah index page only one article of each channel is visible.

Cause:
1) renderChannel is called with incorrect parameters (channeltype and not
max,min)
2) renderChannel should display all articles when giving null as value for max,
only getStories is called with max+1
