Package name and main class should match, so this should either be 
VFS_ISOWriter
or VFS_ISO with a main ISO.php class (probably the former). Or VFS_ISO, with
VFS_ISO_Writer classes in VFS_ISO/Writer/ (going into VFS/ISO/Writer/ in the
install).
