[dev] Ansel and CategoryManager

[Duck]

This set of patches brings a basic link to CategoryManager in Ansel.
So we can set and list/group galleries by their content.
For example Sport, 3D, Clipart...

CategoryManager.diff changes Prefs_CategoryManager, so is not needed to create 
an object use it.
