[dev] [patch] Insert Ansel images in htmlarea richt text editor

Here it is.

The tested and modified ansel api. The select.... methods are now converted to
list.... methods.

modified htmlarea ansel plugin now uses api calls. I didn't succeed in 
one thing
though. Getting the $app parameter (as requested by Duck) to the 
htmlarea plugin
proved difficult. A way is to give the app parameter to HTMLArea when it is
called, but this would require modification of the htmlarea code. This 
makes it
difficult to update htmlarea from it's own repository.

Any suggestions on this are very welcome.
