Well to fill in for people who didn't see Jan's elaboration on this in IRC, the
explanation of the "no" was that the CSS changes have created a bit of chaos
for the betas.

My point was only because out of the box it may be slightly confusing. One would
assume to look under horde/themes/horde/screen.css for the default theme CSS
and pick values from there to change, yet out of the box prefs.php points
entirely elsewhere.
