Argh, my mistake. I misread the specs, <q> is a mozilla-only thing (and lynx).
It's actually listed on the w3 but seems like IE doesn't implement it.
Looked like a good idea to be able to quote something and still apply some CSS
to it. Ok, i'll revert them back to "
