[dev] fortune block(s) broken

The fortune blocks for literature and riddles are broken by the 'is_executable'
check. The check for '/usr/games/fortune literature' and /usr/games/fortune
riddles' returns false, so nothing is displayed.

I'm not sure how to get around this, other than maybe chopping off everything
after the space before checking 'is_executable'.
