[dev] import/export

I recently installed horde & family on our mail server at work (everybody loves
it, by the way).

I was actually surprised at how well the import/export features work. Everything
exported fine from my home server, and everything imported fine, too...except
mnemo.  It goes through the steps, but instead of importing, I get a blank
white screen & nothing happens.

I only had 4 or 5 notes, so it wasn't a huge deal for me to copy & paste, but I
thought I'd bring it to the list's attention.
