[dev] [Nic] Added feature: purge old records

I use Nic to monitor some sites and systems. After a while the Nic tables get
really big. For me information older than a week isn't relevant anymore, so I
wrote a script that frees up some space in the database which Nic can fill
again. I run the script one a week to purge old status records.

This might be usefull to other people a well; so patches and script attached.
